This is an ancient Chinese book described about ancient people to practice action from the pictures and follow the explanation next to the pictures to keep healthy and cure some chronic illness. Even some people cure cancer by practice this method months by months.

If you cant understand the words right now, just remember "呼吸" means breath. "一" means one time. “三” means three times. Most action on the picture will need to breath one or three times.
